gnutls_datum_t is a first-class object in GnuTLS.

`gnutls_load_file()` is a common idiom and should probably be renamed `gnutls_datum_load_file()` so that it can be paired with `gnutls_datum_free()` or `gnutls_datum_wipe_free()`
