Daiki Ueno created an issue: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1299

Currently, when a Handshake message is received as a control message, it's simply [ignored](https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/blob/29eee975a62400231db28e3d0e0a53414e795ebd/lib/system/ktls.c#L382). It would be nice if it actually drives the state machine, maybe using `gnutls_handshake_write` and the callbacks.
