Fixing the typo revealed an issue: `operator=` is not properly implemented in the C++ binding. This [commit](https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1388/diffs?commit_id=01ef02f4ec8183484a45defe5c7a64e36c688943) should fix it though I'm no expert in C++.
