David Woodhouse created an issue: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1250

I'd like to experiment with using `gnutls_record_get_state()` to let me do crypto offload (to my own application, which can then use accelerated crypto asm and sendmmsg()/recvmsg() to its heart's desire).

But I can't see how I can get GnuTLS to tell me whether it's doing EtM or not. Do I have to force EtM disabled if I want to use `gnutls_record_get_state()`?
