The self-test tests/Test_parser.c hard code bison error strings, that happened to change in bison 3.6+.  See commits d05c25f9f0ddb1d8911d96f75101ecdb6cd95d4d for background 123d39f28e8ec1426888ef0577105903d67d1c4d.  The self-test should be modified to work with both bison versions.
