[gnutls-devel] libtasn1 | gtk-doc API indexes missing when built with gtk-doc from debian bullseye (#35)

For some reason, the indexes "Index of deprecated API", "Index of new API in 1.6", "Index of new API in 2.0" sections are missing when the GTK-DOC manual is built with gtk-doc-tools in debian testing.  Compare tarballs from CI/CD pipeline artefacts.
