Looks like the following tests are still failing with this patch applied:

 - gnutls_x509_crt_sign
 - gnutls_x509_crq_sign
 - crt_apis
 - crq_apis

I'm looking into them.  I suspect that they embed some assumptions about how a generated object should look.  I think the right way to fix them is to change the desired result to contain a minimized keyUsage BIT STRING.
