[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Build errors with MinGW (#1283)

After a chat on Matrix, it turned out to be:
- This is a build with `--disable-shared --enable-static`
- Looks similar to https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1117
- It for some reason works now

I'm closing this for now; feel free to reopen if the issue happens again, or continue the discussion on #1117.
