I see there is the `tls` module listed, though I'm not sure if the Ubuntu gnutls package actually enables it.

I've just checked with the clean build after `git clean -xdff` and `git pull --rebase`, but the result is the same. Perhaps we might have added some changes affecting this between 3.7.3 and 3.7.8.
