## Version of gnutls used:
3.6.9-1

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)
mingw32

## How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

tar -xvf gnutls-3.6.9-1-src.tar.xz

autoreconf -vfi

./configure
--build=i686-w32-mingw32
--prefix="$HOME/prefix"
--disable-tests
--enable-shared
--enable-static
--disable-guile
--enable-cxx
--disable-hardware-acceleration
--enable-heartbeat-support
--with-included-unistring
--with-default-trust-store-file=/usr/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt

....
configure: error: you must have sys_stat.h on your system


## Actual results:
configure: error: you must have sys_stat.h on your system
make error

## Expected results:
configure: ok
make ok
