[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Make use of `interruptible` keyword in Gitlab CI (#1390)

@ZoltanFridrich suggested to use the [`interruptible`](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/yaml/#interruptible) keyword to automatically cancel the previous CI jobs when an MR is updated subsequently. That would help save CI time consumption.
