So this new (?) `cli-codegen.py` script is supposed to work on Windows? It seems highly POSIX centric.<br>
Even a simple `py -3 ..\devel\cligen\cli-codegen.py -h`, gives:
```
...
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pwd'
```

Yikes!
