The guile-gnutls manual generated via core GnuTLS is available here: https://gnutls.org/manual/gnutls-guile.html

However it is not going to be updated since guile-gnutls was separated, and should probably be removed (or redirected) once this issue is closed.

I think it would be nice to have a new host for guile-gnutls manual so it is available online with a stable URL.

One simple solution would be to setup GitLab CI 'pages' rule to build the manual and publish it automatically.  If we use gnulib (see issue #1) we get some nice rules for these for free.
