[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | parallel make check fails in serv-udp.sh (#1427)

## Description of problem:

Parallel running make -jX check fails at least since version 3.7.6 and is still present in the last release where we needed to add -j1 to pass all tests.

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)

My guess would be to claim 0da805e6d3b2b148f9689b3229ddbbf3f4cedb88 changing the build process.
