[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Fix handshake segfault if no privkey is supplied (!1657)

I have put the check into the function where the segfault stems. A bit disappointing is that the functions return value serves as a boolean rather than error code. With this change the reproducer no longer ends in a segfault, but the connection fails with following error:
`*** Handshake has failed (No supported cipher suites have been found.)`
