-1 on such renaming of configure options

breaks compatibility; one can inadvertently lose the blocklist file and only get a quiet warning in return: `configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-default-blocklist-file`

We should either support both names for a while or turn obsolete names into hard errors. And, probably, document this.
