@peonix @dueno https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1734 created a compatibility #define for GNUTLS_NO_EXTENSIONS, but it was not in the `gnutls/gnutls.h` header where applications need it.

@ametzler This fixes the build of some packages (guile-gnutls, openconnect, zabbix) in Debian.
