[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Update README.md (!1750)

I am not convinced GnuTLS should try to document this special case in README or INSTALL.

There is a handful of fairly standard tricks and workarounds for modifiying a standard set of install instructions to do this. It absolutely makes no sense try to squeeze this into every INSTALL file.
