>From my experience from the other TLS library (NSS), the output of clang-format seems to be pretty stable. We could also consider [uncrustify](https://uncrustify.sourceforge.net/), which GNOME projects are using, but if we only care the Linux kernel coding style and no extra requirements (e.g., argument alignment), I suppose whichever would work.
