Resolves the inconsistency between GNUTLS_NO_EXTENSIONS flag and %NO_EXTENSIONS modifier(fixes: [#1468](https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1468))

As suggested by @dueno I have renamed 'GNUTLS_NO_EXTESNIONS' with 'GNUTLS_NO_DEFAULT_EXTENSIONS'

If any further changes or improvement are required, please let me know.
