[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | Build from git without nettle and libtasn1 submodule (#1544)

I got a git build working in https://gitlab.com/freedesktop-sdk/freedesktop-sdk/-/merge_requests/18977 but having a hard dependency on libtasn1 and libnettle submodules is a bit concerning.
