@ep69 so far I worked around it with `--cipher ALL:@SECLEVEL=0 --min_protocol TLSv1.3 --ciphersuites ...` in https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1844/diffs?commit_id=60a901aef0b54b4fac7c5413fc4b4f2d9ea01856

I suspect it might be possible to change the behavior of s_client / s_server, to give a higher precedence to --ciphersuites than the implicit SECLEVEL.
