## Description of problem:

gnutls can't be compiled with TLS support


## Version of gnutls used:
../gnutls-3.7.11
../gnutls-3.7.2:

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)

from source
## How reproducible:
use a Linux debian-sparc sparc32 machine without TLS support

Steps to Reproduce:

 * CFLAGS="-DNO_TLS" ./configure -with-includedinuxunistring --without-p11-kit --disable-doc  && make"
