TBH, I'm not sure if that would work. Do we need to follow the full copyright assignment [procedure](https://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Papers.html#Copyright-Papers), or we can casually use "Copyright (C) 2024 Free Software Foundation, Inc."? In particular for a project like GnuTLS which [declared](https://lwn.net/Articles/529522/) to be not part of GNU?

(I didn't participate in the decision process at the time, and I personally hope that GnuTLS will rejoin the GNU project at some point)
