[gnutls-devel] GnuTLS | I get an error with X25519. (#1705)

## Description of problem:
When I use the command "certtool --generate-privkey --ecc --curve=X25519 --outfile X25519.key", I get this result: "Generating a 256 bit EC/ECDSA private key (X25519)...
privkey_generate: The request is invalid.” But gnutls have returned to me that this is usable, the picture is below:

## Version of gnutls used:
gnutls 3.7.3

## Distributor of gnutls (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, RHEL)
Ubuntu

## How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:

 * certtool --generate-privkey --ecc --curve=X25519 --outfile X25519.key

## Actual results:
The request is invalid

## Expected results:
Generating a private key.
