@dreibh Thank you for the report and sorry for the delay. I don't have an environment to test this, but maybe the issue could be resolved by just importing the getopt module from Gnulib, by adding `getopt-gnu` to `src_modules` in `bootstrap.conf`. Could you try that? If that works, we can pick it in the next release.
