Daiki Ueno created a merge request: https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/2132

Project:Branches: dueno/gnutls:wip/dueno/ext-buffer to gnutls/gnutls:master
Author: Daiki Ueno

<!-- Add a description of the new feature/bug fix. Reference any relevant bugs. -->

* ext: use gnutls_buffer_st to parse extension data

* alert: map GNUTLS_E_PARSING_ERROR to "decode_error" alert

As _gnutls_buffer_pop_* functions return GNUTLS_E_PARSING_ERROR upon
error, map the error to the same alert generated from
GNUTLS_E_UNEXPECTED_EXTENSIONS_LENGTH, so _gnutls_buffer_pop_* can be
used in the extension handling code.

Partially fixes: #1928
