* tests/system-override-special-allowlist.sh: stop comparing debug output

-d4 never had a visible effect,
while following GNUTLS_DEBUG_LEVEL in early init actually broke comparisons.
This change avoids failures with a higher GNUTLS_DEBUG_LEVEL.
