<p dir="auto">The first step of <a href="https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4518" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">RFC 4518</a>, Section 2.1, is converting the string into unicode:</p>
<blockquote dir="auto">
<p>PrintableString [X.680] values are transcoded directly to Unicode.</p>
</blockquote>
<p dir="auto">This doens't support your assertion that two DNS with different types is unspecified.</p>
