<ul dir="auto">
<li>we check the installed libopts version and</li>
<li>fallback to use the bundled libopts if the system libopts is older</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">Still, the user might want to link against the (older) system libopts.  In that case, however, I think he wouldn't mind removing <code>.stamp</code> manually.</p>
