<p dir="auto">While <a href="https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1191904" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">the linked bug</a> looks interesting, IMO it doesn't directly mean ABI break, as the error comes from the libopts itself (not the dynamic linker), presumably in this part:

<p dir="auto">This indicates that libopts does versioning of the struct, in a similar manner as libtool's versioning, while it only takes into account of CURRENT and REVISION (i.e. equal to the latest interface version, not greater than).</p>
