<p dir="auto">This is a change in guile.m4, it limits the versions it searches, this not have been the case in the past. It searches to older compatible versions up to the recent one.</p>

<p dir="auto">If downstream replaces the guile.m4, let's say with the 2.2, and performing autoreconf and package builds/pass tests/works then it is should be safe.</p>

<p dir="auto">What we need is a simple method of doing so.</p>

<p dir="auto">Currently to execute aclocal gtk-doc must be installed, which is huge dependency just to fix the guile, so I must sed the configure, which is a method I would like to avoid.</p>
