<p dir="auto">As a contributor you push to your own fork of GnuTLS and then wait for CI success/error. Gitlab sends you an email after error. If you just forgot Signed-off-by, it would be nice to get this email after a few seconds and not after 2 hours... That email is only sent after <em>all</em> runners are finished. So if we continue even one single runner, the email is delayed for 1-2h. To avoid this productivity-killing nonsense, all runners have to stop in case Singed-off-by is missing.</p>
