<p dir="auto">We stick with ax_code_coverage.m4 serial 25, which works even without autoconv-archive being installed. We try to avoid autoconf-archive being a hard dependency.</p>
<p dir="auto">This MR works here with the combinations of autoconf-archive (not-installed|2018|2019).</p>
