<p dir="auto">hm, i provided the information after it was tagged "needinfo", but i saw no followup after that.</p>
<p dir="auto">The information i pointed to to, though, was the use of SRV for the dns-over-tls lookup, which was deprecated before that profiles draft was published as <a href="https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc8310" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">RFC 8310</a>, in part because there were no good implementers that handled SRVNames.  So i don't have a concrete use case any more :(</p>
