<p dir="auto">Seeing it closely, you are right; the "Resume Handshake was completed" does not imply that the resumption occurred. That's only the <code>*** This is a resumed session</code> message. The reason is that we have a waiting of 50ms in <code>gnutls_session_get_data2</code> under TLS1.3 if the session tickets have not been received. That seems to be insufficient for real-world applications. A solution could be to increase the delay to 100ms or to some value calculated by the handshake roundtrips.</p>
