<p dir="auto">This happens when trying to build <a href="http://repo.or.cz/rtmpdump.git" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">rtmp</a> and link it with gnutls. But it happens only with the released tarball, using git  checkout from here with the dreaded bootstrap step works fine, always has. So I think there is something wrong with the tarball only , gl/inet_pton.c is definitely not inside, only in gl/tests/, is that correct at all? I've also checked with nm + ar, and inet_pton is missing in the final libgnutls.a, no such string, with or without rpl_ in front ..</p>

<p dir="auto">I'm currently at work and don't have much time, but I will try to produce something ...</p>
