<p dir="auto">That's strange, it seems something basic makes that firewall close this handshake. Can you try seeing the differences in the client hello as sent by gnutls and the client hello as sent with openssl (1.1.1 or later - assuming that this works)?</p>
<p dir="auto">You can use wireshark to visualize the two client hellos, and you can save them in a pcap file you can attach here so we can check as well.</p>
