<p dir="auto">GnuTLS seems to inherit openssl accelerated crypto .pl scripts for asm generation, and then incorporates them in their own releases. Specifically cryptograms also available at <code>https://www.openssl.org/~appro/cryptogams/ [1]</code>.
However, it appears that they do not currently inherit PowerPC (ppc64le) accelerations.</p>
