<p dir="auto">This patch will require <a href="https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/merge_requests/1254" data-original="!1254" data-link="false" data-link-reference="false" data-project="179611" data-merge-request="59067571" data-project-path="gnutls/gnutls" data-iid="1254" data-mr-title="Allow statically linking ncrypt (win32)" data-reference-type="merge_request" data-container="body" data-placement="top" data-html="true" title="" class="gfm gfm-merge_request">!1254</a> to be merged to be usable and using LoadLibrary to load ncrypt.dll is not allowed in UWP.</p>
