<p dir="auto">Updating gnulib, adding <code>fopen-gnu</code> to <code>boostrap.conf</code>, adding the 'e' flag to <code>fopen</code>/<code>fdopen</code> and O_CLOEXEC to <code>open()</code> should fix this issue.</p>
