<p dir="auto">I realized that this affects the ABI and we might need to still keep stubs for those (like openpgp). At least we should take steps to first deprecate those functionality and then do actual removal.</p>
<p dir="auto">Marking as blocked and removing from the 3.7.0 milestone.</p>
