In general however Debian stable doesn't get version upgrades, only patches to fix issues. The Debian security tracker currently <a href="https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/source-package/gnutls28" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">lists those issues</a> as open and "minor" for Debian 10/Buster.</p>
