<p dir="auto">In the CI, we use valgrind client requests (e.g., <code>VALGRIND_MAKE_MEM_UNDEFINED</code>) to mark potentially uninitialized data. As it takes long to run all the test programs under valgrind, it might make sense to replace those client requests with ASan, with <a href="https://github.com/google/sanitizers/wiki/AddressSanitizerManualPoisoning" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">manual poisoning</a>.</p>
