<p dir="auto">While it's intermittent, the test fails frequently. I suspect the reason might be that the connection is not gracefully closed (with a <code>close_notify</code> alert) and thus the server cannot resume with stateful resumption (see <a href="https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/16066" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/16066</a>)</p>
