<p dir="auto">This adds a couple of functions to retrieve ciphersuite names in TLS 1.3. <code>gnutls_cipher_suite_get_name2</code> is similar to <code>gnutls_cipher_suite_get_name</code> but takes a PRF hash algorithm which can be checked with <code>gnutls_prf_hash_get</code>.</p>
<p dir="auto">The returned name is GnuTLS specific: to convert it to IANA registered name, use <code>gnutls_cipher_suite_name_to_iana</code>. We can't consolidate those into a single function, as we still support legacy ciphersuites not registered in IANA.</p>
