In that note, mingw is not official by vcpkg, and not run on the ci.
You cannot use gnu mingw compilation to compile with msvc compiler. (It give me an errors).</p>
<p dir="auto" style="color: #3a383f; margin: 0 0 1rem;" align="initial">My goal is compile gnutls in msvc compiler because then it will be one of the candidate in vcpkg to be a backend for http3. Then it will be one step for compile and build with http3.</p>
