Which past emails are you refering to? Here you don't provide adequate 
information, but anyway the problem here seems obvious.
The server has not enabled the ciphersuites that the client supports. That
would be the case if the client uses DHE-RSA but the server did not generate
DH parameters or something similar. You'd better contact the ldap-tls
developers directly about it since it does not look like a gnutls problem, and
they'll be able to help you.
