[Help-gnutls] Client OpenPGP verification fails (update)

Hi!

_gnutls_openpgp_key_to_gcert() in libextra/gnutls_openpgp.c calls
gnutls_openpgp_key_export() with the parameter GNUTLS_OPENPGP_FMT_RAW.
gnutls_openpgp_key_export() in libextra/openpgp/pgp.c only handles
GNUTLS_OPENPGP_FMT_BASE64.
