This is a known (to me) problem with 2.7.x., it uses gnulib's new socket
code for Windows, but doesn't pass the proper fd to gnutls, so
reading/writing to the socket inside gnutls fails. The solution has
been discussed on the gnulib list earlier, and is relatively simple.
I'll try to fix it, but will be quite busy this week so I may not find
time before FOSDEM.
